Securely modernize your enterprise with custom frontier AI.
Orders entered. Invoices matched. Exceptions chased overnight, the morning report waiting before anyone logs in. Nobody on your team touched any of it. We put AI agents on entire back-office processes, inside the systems you already run. Your systems, your data, your agents. Nothing leaves your operation.

Systems automation and AI, built to fit your operation exactly.
Every operation runs its own way. We build for that: agents shaped to your systems, your rules, the way work actually moves.
How we work
Every engagement runs the same way. Each step earns the next.
Map
We embed with your team and map how the work moves: every system, every handoff, every exception your people recite by heart.
Prove
The agent earns the work before it owns it. It runs on your real data and real edge cases. You watch it handle your worst week before it goes live.
Deploy
The agent goes live inside the systems you already run, under permissions you set. Every action logged. No migration, nothing new for your team to learn.
Expand
Once one process runs itself, the next is easier. We tune, extend, and hand off. You decide what comes off your team's plate next.
What we do
Three ways we put AI to work inside your operation.
Run an entire back-office process
One process that eats your team's week: invoice exceptions, order intake, onboarding paperwork, reconciliations. We put an agent on all of it, end to end, inside the systems you already run.
Build AI into your product
The agent or AI feature your roadmap keeps slipping. We design it, build it, ship it. Testing and guardrails keep it dependable in your customers' hands.
Finish a stuck AI project
A pilot that never left the sandbox. A feature that almost works. We do the distance between almost and every day: the integrations, the data, the edge cases. Until it's a system your operation leans on.
Not every process is a fit for agents. The first call is where we find out.
Working with us
Exactly what an engagement looks like.
We could describe the work. We'd rather hand it to you. Two complete walkthroughs, demo engagements built around a composite client, show every step and artifact: the interviews, the findings, the agents, the dashboards.
The Audit
Where every engagement starts. An embedded diagnostic of a finance operation: every workflow shadowed, every system mapped, every finding tied to evidence. The report stands on its own.
- Client
- $95M industrial manufacturer · composite
- Evidence
- 14 interviewed · 7 systems · 23 workflows
- Findings
- 31 automation opportunities
- Deliverable
- Interactive report · 3 chapters
The Deployment
What a full engagement delivers. An operations team taken from first interview to agents running whole processes: the checkpoints where each agent proves itself, and an ordinary morning once it all runs.
- Client
- $140M consumer goods manufacturer · composite
- Scope
- Operations org · 3 distribution centers
- Running
- Agents on 5 workflows, exceptions to forecasting
- Deliverable
- 5 chapters · live team dashboards
Start with the audit. It's where a real engagement starts too.
FAQ
The questions we get on every first call.
What happens in an audit?
We embed with your team, interview the people who do the work, and map how it actually moves: systems, handoffs, exceptions, workarounds. You get a written report: where agents would pay off, what they'd connect to, what we'd build first. The audit walkthrough above is a complete example of the deliverable.
Do we have to change the systems we run on?
No. Agents work inside the systems you already run, through access you control: the ERP, the accounting system, the inboxes, the spreadsheets. Nothing gets migrated or replaced. If your team can work in a system, an agent can work alongside them in it.
What kind of work can agents actually take on?
Work that follows a pattern your people could explain out loud: reading intake from email and portals, matching records across systems, clearing routine exceptions, chasing what's missing, routing approvals, assembling the reports. We put agents on whole processes, not single steps. Anything that needs a person's judgment goes to a person.
What happens when an agent hits something it can't handle?
It stops and hands the case to your team with everything attached: what it found, what it did, what it needs. Every action is logged; you can always see what happened and why. Reliable here means not a system that's never wrong, but one that knows when to ask and shows its work.
How much of our team's time will this take?
The build is ours; the knowledge is yours. Your people tell us how the work happens, then sanity-check the agent's early decisions: mostly short sessions with the operators who own the process. The engagement is designed to run alongside your team's normal week, not on top of it.
What happens to the people doing this work now?
They move up the work, not out of it. The agent takes the re-keying, the chasing, the assembling. Your people keep the exceptions, the relationships, and the decisions. The operator who runs a process today is usually who the agent answers to tomorrow.
Why not hire another coordinator, or build this ourselves?
Hiring adds a person to carry the process; it doesn't change it. Building agents for production is its own discipline: integrations, edge cases, monitoring. That discipline is all we do. What we build is yours: your system, your data, your team trained to run it.
What does it cost?
Scope sets it: the processes covered, the systems involved, the complexity of the exceptions. The audit is a defined piece of work with a defined cost, quoted before it starts. It also puts a number on what the process costs you to run today. Anything we propose is decided against evidence from your own operation, with scope and price in front of you.
Whole processes, running themselves.
Find out where the hours are going. Every engagement starts with the audit: bring us the process that eats the most of your team's week. We map it end to end and put the findings in writing. Where agents would pay off, what we'd build first. Then you decide.
You'll hear back from one of the engineers who'd do the work.
